Expanded Uprise Health Partnership Helps Staff Stay Resilient in Unprecedented Times
Baldwin County Board of Education has been an Uprise Health customer since 2017, initially utilizing traditional employee assistance program (EAP) offerings to help improve employee wellbeing in positive and measurable wells. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced teachers to reinvent their classroom instruction while supporting students and families working virtually, administrators became concerned about managing employee burnout and staff retention.
In May 2021, BCBE widened its partnership with Uprise Health to offer digital solutions –wellbeing checks, personalized care plans, self-guided cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) courses, real-time behavioral health coaching, and more. BCBE began offering additional Uprise Health features in January 2022.
