Our EAP Work-Life Resources

A Comprehensive Approach to Meet Your Employee’s Needs

Today’s workforce deals with a wide range of life events. As part of our EAP and mental health program, we provide on-demand digital resources, work-life resources, and consultative sessions with experts when needed.

Highlights of our
work-life services:

– 24/7 library access to 20,000 engaging self-help articles, webinars, and educational materials.
– Access to in-home dependent care support for everyday tasks
– Financial coaching to help guide members toward financial wellness
– 30-minute in-person or virtual consultations per legal issue

Expanding EAP services

Historically, employee assistance programs acted as occupational alcohol and substance abuse programs to help employees who had addiction issues. EAPs quickly grew to include a wider variety of programs: workplace conflicts, elder care, childcare, financial challenges, and legal needs. Facing low utilization and rising mental health challenges, organizations now need comprehensive, innovative EAPs that cover everything from substance abuse to financial and legal to complex mental health needs.

A full suite of EAP resources

We help employees resolve issues that are impacting their personal and professional lives. Along with our self-guided mental health courses and our large national network of providers, we provide educational resources to help with practical, everyday needs. Employees have the flexibility to select the right resources for the problems they are facing.

All members are provided with round-the-clock access to our member website that offers a comprehensive library of self-guided, curated topics and over 20,000 engaging self-help articles, webinars, and educational materials.

Financial assistance

We offer a range of resources to increase an employee’s financial literacy. Financial wellness resources include webinars, forms, and additional educational material covering banking, credit, debt, bankruptcy, estate and retirement planning, identity theft, insurance, investing and more. We also provide coaching and access to financial professionals for guided help.

Legal services

Our legal resources help employees solve common legal issues. We provide educational materials that cover multiple areas of law including divorce and child custody, immigration, real estate, personal injury, trademark and copyright, and provide a library of legal forms and articles written by legal experts for your employees to use whenever they need. In addition, for members that need legal counsel, we provide consultative sessions by phone or in-person as well as discounted legal fees.

Additional work-life coverage

Although financial and legal resources are two of our most popular work-life services areas, we also provide many other program options including critical and incident response, fitness for duty, child and elder care, substance abuse monitoring programs, and more. These enhanced programs can be added to any of our digital EAP programs.
